I'm proud to be a Texan. That piece of **** does not reflect the majority of fathers in this state. In fact, if he went a little further and that girl ended up dead, we have the ***** to put a needle in his arm.

Unfortunately, it's guys like this that makes Texas a pro mom state. It's also unfortunate that even though that worthless ***** stepped in and basically said "my turn", nothing will change. We'll still have that stigma attatched to us.

I am a lot older than most on this board, so I will tell you that was mild compared to what I grew up with. Punishment was violent when I was a kid and not just mine. It was commonplace.

^^^^exactly

it's one thing to play tough guy behind a bench all day. It's another to take your aggression out on your kids...especially to that extent.

Yup...but times have changed.
I do believe in a good down home disciplinary procedure (whooping), but again, that was horrendous.

(when I was younger, my brother and I had a 2x4 with our names written opposite of one another on each side. Back then the knowledge of it's use would make most people cringe. I laugh at it now, mainly because of what it was....a sight intimidation tool, that's it. Nothing more)

Thats way beyond punishment. Thats child abuse. Id like to add his daughter is 16 and for her to have to pull her pants down to get more of a beating is absurd.

I understand what you are saying and I myself had a couple of run-ins with my dad's belt back in the 80's. However, that video is bullshit. The only thing a 16 year old girl learns from her dad throwing her around while yelling the f-word and viscously beating her in the butt, legs, arms, hands, face, etc is that it's ok for men (which includes her future husband) to beat females (her and possibly her future daughter).

**** that **********. I'd love to knock his teeth out.

Seeing this video makes me very upset, so sad to see. I understand the belt consequence and to give your kid some licks when he messes up, but in most cases it is the father towards the son, not father toward the daughter. You just don't abuse a girl like that. I hope he gets his for this one!

How was the camera in the ideal position for this?

Also, I'd like 5 minutes in a room with Mr. Tough Guy. I'm not much at 6'0" 200lbs, but I'll have him "on his ******* stomach" getting beaten into submission real quick.

Beating up on kids... What a piece of ****.

Now i understand why some kids put a chunk of lead in their shitty *** parents. I believe in a whoopin ( got plenty of them 20+ years ago) but that is just fucked up. He deserves an *** raping in prison.

wtf? What was that even about? Something about a computer and some tests or games? Anyways that guy went way overboard, hell I feared my fathers belt but that dude went apeshit!!! To me that kid was to old to spank, only time my mom whopped my brother's *** when he was 16yrs old is when he ran away from home, did a beer run and got caught caught and mom & dad bailed him out, but no whopping like that, that was way over the top!

I'd like to see him try that with me. He would be the one bending over and taking the belt...

This is just wrong
