Had a shitty legs day today, felt tight, tired and no motivation. Ended up working through it and getting a decent pump. Just as I was finishing up, a few friends came in to deadlift. Just for the hell of it, I jumped in with them. Ended up pulling 415 lbs, lol. Best deadlift ever after the worst leg workout ever. Not sure how that works, but whatever, I'll take it.

Nicely done Tim, and on a cut too!! I told you once you get past that 4 plate mark it gets easier, lol. I hit squats and supplemental deads today. Got off work at 4:30 and gotta be back at 4am, FML.

Squats: 1855, 2155, 2405
Deads: 195, 510
Ham curls: 310
Seated calf raises: 310
Ez bar curls: 310

First week back done and done! Hit all my rep targets with minimal pain so did as well as I could have hoped!! Got up at 2:30 this morning, went to work for 8 hours, went home for a 30 minute nap then got up, headed to the place and got to it!

OHP: 805, 955, 1055
Bench: 105, 510
Rope tri extensions: 310
T-bar rows: 135, 310
Hanging leg raises: 310

Starting this Monday I am going to try to eat even better, got a lot of good ideas from the FB group. I will also try to drink a gallon of water a day, I have never usually had more than 4 glasses a day....

thats where im debating...continue to push as heavy as i can for that 4-8 rep range.. or cut back on weight and shoot for 12-15 reps everytime.

Finishing up another cycle of 5/3/1. Have been hovering around 156-157 recently after a brief stint at 160-162

Squats tomorrow..going for 265-275

Working 12's this week so taking a minimalist approach so I can get as much rest as possible while still hitting my important lifts.

Bench: 1353, 1453 (accidentally put 5s on instead of 10s, lol) 1553, 1753
Press: 70lbs, 510
Ab pulldowns: 310
DB 2 hand triceps extensions: 30lbs, 125
Chins: 110

Week 3 of my cut, really starting to lean out. Strength is suffering a bit, but I'm still putting in the work. Down 7lbs so far. Got a haircut, a shave and a tan too, lol.

Put in 13 on the clock today, but still went and did the damn thing, besides, I had to try out my new belt and shin guards that came in from Rogue yesterday, lol.

Diet is keto
1 gallon + water daily
Ephedrine/caffeine (EC/ECA stack)
45 min fasted AM cardio Mon-Fri
Weight training Sun-Fri, fast pace, lots of volume, little to no rest between sets, failure training.

I'm an all or nothing type person, so my diet is either ridiculously horrible, or ridiculously strict. I probably cut 1000-1500 calories/day from what I eat during the winter. Not sure exactly how much, I've never been one to count. I just eat the same thing every day, and if I lose weight I keep the proportions approximately the same. If I don't, I reduce them a little until I start losing fat at a healthy pace.
