stretching is also good and i try to between every set. im wondering if i should try 135 for 6-8 205.5-7 then get to it.
As un macho as it looks my first set of reps on bench is always an empty bar, followed with stretching, then 135 with stretching and 185 followed by more stretching. Then I get after it.

I always pick up a 5lb dumbbell and warm up my shoulders before benching or chest day.

Defiantly couldn't do 225 20 reps. But higher reps with whatever weight I can do. Max out ever so often. One thing about gear is idk how ppl get it!! Idk how to use it, I don't know if it would be good stuff.

The best I've done with 225 is 11 reps, but I'm only 5'5" 148lbs so that **** gets a bit heavy, lol. Haven't touched a barbell in a few months though, been strictly using dumbbells because my elbows were bothering me when I went too heavy.

My current chest routine:
Incline dumbbell press 5 sets til failure
Flat dumbbell press 5 sets til failure
Weighted dips 5 sets til failure
Incline cable fly's 5 sets 15-20 reps
Cable crossovers 5 sets of 15-20 reps

I also started doing DC extreme stretching over the past month or so. It's made a huge difference in recovery for me...

Where would you like me to start lol.

Standing while useing dumb bells, standing while useing straight bar, standing while useing ez curl bar 9 OUT 10 people have no clue what they are doing they load up on weight and being to use every other muscle besides the 10 % of the bicepts they are suppose to be useing to swing the weight up.

Proper use is keeping you're elbow to the sides of you're hips point straight down and actually useing you're bicepts to do the work. " NOT, You're Back, hips, shoulders... SMH
