For building strength it has worked better for me to do a set of 8 reps, a set of 5 reps, and a set of 2-3 reps. Going heavier with each set. Getting a better pump and filling out some definition the lesser weights with higher achievable reps has worked better. But if you think switching it up will help your strength increase definitely try it and see what happens.

During a set the two biggest concerns are tension and overload...within the opportune time frame.

Make sure you do a good warm up set or two first, otherwise you're asking for an injury.

i try to drink lots of water. chicken breast, egg whites. casein protein. i need to cut back on my carbs.

after i said my high rep low rest workouts to increase my pump and get my HR up i go on treadmill for 12-15 minutes.

im pretty tired and pumped when im done.

my **** is so pumped it hurts then i hit abs then cardio.

whats hurting me now is this heat is lowering my appetite. so i drink a lot of water and unsweet tea for some taste though im active all day and tired as **** after work so i use C4 to wake me up.

im thinking of trying this soon.

yea I was thinking of trying that as well ! Sounds like your on the right road !

Get on the tread mill, set the incline to 10 or how ever high you can get it ! Walk a good fast paced walk for 20 or 25 mins.

I done this 6 days a week for a month and went from 230 + down TO the 20x range.

I got down to 204 and felt skinny and weak LOL so now I cut my cardio and I stay between 210-215 basicly eating what I want.

but I want to get down to 190 eventually.
im making great gains far as building muscle right now so im content for now

Some friends have ran var at 90mgs Daily and got insane vascularity.

Winstrol will add good lean muscle along with great strength. It affects some peoples joints tho. Makes them feel like the joints are dry.

These were also ran with test because using these alone is basically worthless
