little story, was 265 and 6ft tall. Decided I was fat and decided to do work. Lost 70 lbs in a year normal high protein diet. Went on a contest diet and that **** flat out worked defiantly a mental strength needed there haha. So right now I eat ok and lift heavy, little more belly fat them I want but can clean that up with diet.

should i look into avavar or winstrol?
If you've never cycled before, if just stick with a basic test and see how your body reacts. That being said, a proper diet and cardio is the only thing that will get rid of that belly fat.

If you want a good fat burner/energy supplement, go to cvs and buy some Bronkaid(25mg ephedrine) and caffeine pills(200mg). Take one of each 2-3 times daily. By far the cheapest and most effective burner out there.

you are correct. ive seen people juice to burn fat and not put in the work. if you want to get lean you have to make changes in your life.

ive heard clen will melt fat off but thats not even a miracle worker.

Would do pull downs on the cable machine, dips, etc. but now the gym closed and need a affective way to burn them up at home. Do close grip bench and push-ups seems to help. Doing like Shitty modified dips off a chair.

dips and pushups are beneficial. stick with that if you dont have access to a gym.

doing dips in between chairs is very effective if you focus on the tricep and high rep

No problem. Google "EC stack" of you want to know more about it. Depending on your state, the bronkaid may be behind the pharmacist counter.

Me personally ephedrine, ephedra, ehedra extract - none of it does anything for me anymore because i was on it for soooo many years but even in 2014 once our government un banned it its still not even close to the good **** that was o.t.c back in 1999.

The bronkaid isnt gonna give you energy its more designed for raiseing your body temp so you can burn more calories. Needless to say that if you have to load up on sups to have energy dont waste your $14.99 on a box of 60 because its not gonna give you what you want.

Look into HI-TECH PHARMACEUTICALS - Yellow Scorpion or Black Widow = 25Mg Ephedra Extract 150mg Caffeine 10mg Yohimbe extract. Its the most potent form of O.T.C Ephedra you can find here in the states.
