Default my car got totalled last night!

car was totalled last night around 10. a drunk driver rear-ended the vehicle driving beside me, which sent one of the cars into my driver's rear-end, which spun me out across 3 lanes into a tree, that hit on the driver's side right behind my head.

i have some digital pictures of the car, if the tree hit about 5" forward more i'd be dead- most people could not believe i was out and walking around after it happened. the tow truck driver was calling me the "miracle man".

ah well- these unfortunate things happen, at least im ok. im VERY VERY luck to be alive and not too badly hurt (bruised up and sore).

now, the question remains, should i save up $ and wait to buy my 03-04 cobra, or wait only a couple of months (insureance $) and buy another ls1? im leaning towards the ls1 but only time will tell.

thanks for reading everybody, WEAR YOUR GODDAM SEATBELTS! it undoubtably helped save my life.

i'm so sorry to hear that...

I'd wait to see how the insurance pans out before you do anything. Insurance will be a lil more $$ on an 03/04 than on another ls1. And, it'll be more $$ for you period b/c of the accident..even if it wasn't your fault (which is total bs)

Glad to hear that you're okay and sorry about the car. Drunk drivers should be castrated.

I'm glad you're alright.

Hopefully you find another BGC T/A. Best of luck.

Brad

grant and the boulevard. going southbound on the outer lanes of the boulevard= i slid across the 3 outer lanes (started at the very righthand lane) and hit about the 3rd or 4th tree in the divider of the outer and center lanes- tree didn't budge at all. i think it is one of the top 10 most dangerous intersections in teh COUNTRY! had nothing to do with the intersection though- just some ******* on his way home from the bar...

as far as another bgc f-body, well my chances of that are slim to none, but i will eventually find something else. i have to see how everything works out.

That's right down the road from me. I am by Grant ave on State road JUST on the Bucks county side. Two of the top five most dangerous intersections in the country are on the boulevard, and that's one of them. I don't recall the other. man that's horrible. again though, glad you're alright. best of luck in your search.
