Bone is the only thing that hurts,and to me

It felt like a really bad itch, that couldnt itch and it botherd you alot and after a bit started to hurt

Kinda felt good on my chest though...I was also drunk

I didnt use anything or eat anyithing when I got my stomach tattoo, this is what I plan to do before getting my side tattoo.

Ill have a light meal and 1 capsules of advil an hour before, 2 capsules 20 minutes before getting the tattoo, and apply topical lidocaine cream called L-M-X about 50 minutes before the getting the tattoo.

The reason Im going to do that for my side tattoo is because Im thin and Im going to get it done in one sitting.

what can you use to not make a tattoo hurt? SAND. rub a little in your ***** and you won't even feel the tattoo.

1. I have had my tat on my ribs touched up numerous times. Really never hurt that bad afterwards.

2. I don't see, drinking and giving yourself tattoos as a good idea. You might come out with something that doesn't look anything like you planned.

I say take a couple of pain pills, have a beer, and get a professional tattoo.

I don't think it can be said any better. Haha. You definitely don't want to take any type of blood thinner (alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, etc.) cause you'll bleed like a ****. Tylenol should help a little or if you have access to hydrocodone aka vicodin that should do the trick too.

My buddy that got one on his stomach said it hurt like a bitch. Couldnt finish the first time. He came back all hyped up on sugar and said it was a lot better. So I guess plenty of mountain dew and candy should do the trick. Maybe just start eating sugar by the hand full.

Does anyone who is calling this guy a ***** actually have a rib tattoo?

The pain involved in that is way more than something on your arm, or pretty much anywhere else. Ribs and stomach/hips are usually considered the most painful places you can have one done. The one I have on my upper stomach area definitely hurt much worse than my arms or legs.

I took a Vicodin when I had my leg done. It lasted for most of the 3.5 hour session and helped, somewhat. It did not make me bleed any more than normal. That was the first time I ever used a painkiller while getting tattooed, an I'd do it again.

Maybe you should just stop getting tats if they bother you that bad. I have several and I've never taken **** or done anything than sit/lay there getting it done.

I agree....lay there and take it....it'll be worth the pain. I'm covered in tats and never have taken any kinda pain killer or applied anything before the tats to quell the pain/experience. It's the pain that separates the "tatted" from the non-tatted people or the ones with a quarter sized black blob on their bicep (or arm band...omg...). Right of Passage, 'nuff said.
