I finally did it, C5 Z06. 2003 model, 48,000 miles, LG headers, catless X-pipe, Vararam intake and a tune.
Camaro is sold, parts from that car posted at the bottom for sale.
Parts off the Camaro for sale as of now, this list will change. Not sure on prices but I will update soon.
Wolf 4 point mild steel bolt in roll bar
Racecraft seat brackets for Kirkey seats
18 inch Kirkey Intermediate roadrace seat
UMI roto joint rear lower control arms(red)
G-Force 5 point latch and link harness(2) also red

Congratulations -- that is truly a nice upgrade. Curious to hear your thoughts after you hit the track.
Any planned mods to the Z06 or just a simple pad swap + R-comps?
I've been considering upgrading my stock LCAs and have been on the fence about the same ones you were using. Any feedback on that being the right fit for a car that will see a lot of road course duty? I would presume the double roto joint setup is the best option out there for us, however wanted to see if you thought it was a worthwhile upgrade.

I might be interested in any hats, rotors and pads you have.
Midnight, I would go with rod ends. Those roto joints don't move as freely as you would think, and they are noisier than ****.

I can feel the difference in weight, more so the balance comparing the two cars. Coming from the Camaro into the Z06 it feels like I came from the Flintstone mobile into the space shuttle. Don't get me wrong, the old Z28 is no slouch but the Z06 makes you feel like a damn hero. I can't wait to get on track with it.
As far as mods go, I will return back to Nitto NT05 tires for a while. Put the Pfadt street/track alignment on it, lower it 3/4 of an inch, good pads and fluid. Put a seat and harness bar and that's it.....drive it.

Congrats man, sweet ride. I've been back and forth in my head for years about getting a C5 Z06. Things I can't quite come to grips with are-no back seat/hatch to carry a full set of wheels/tires or kids, having a car payment, scraping on more than I already do, and having to deal with the "Vette tax" and no picking up cheap parts at the junkyard.
Anyways, how much are you looking to get for the UMI LCA's shipped to 22407?

Congrats, I went the other way. Kept the Camaro and bought a vintage road course Vette.
Your new Z looks great, like the C6Z wheels on it too (same ones I have on my Camaro - though I want to sell those and pick up some Fikse when I can afford it).
Keep us posted on how it runs at the track and what you like and don't like on the C5Z...although at that price point, what's not to like for such a capable car!

OK guys here is what I have to sell off the car, this list may change as I find stuff. Prices DO NOT include shipping, if any negotiating is done, shipping will be outside of that negotiation.

Through the frame rail brake cooling for 98-2002 Camaro. I built this system and then bought a Vette. It was very well thought out using other peoples ideas lol.
You will get the intakes, the outlets that go in the frame and the hoses to connect to your duct plenums, I will even include a can of the foam sealer I used. This does require modifications to your front bumper support and foam crash support in the front.
$150
