So I am in Germany have 1 and half left here! the 1st time I barely passed inspection but then I installed kooks long tube headers with off road cats and the rest of the exhaust is stock except it has a muffler delete! its about 125 DB and want to get it quite for inspection anyone have Ideas?

I was thinking about buying a new exhaust with mufflers but i dont know it would help? Expect if it comes with silencers that i can easily install and remove but wouldnt know where I could find that?

I am open for sugestions?

Add a muffler...LT's with cats and no muffler will be loud. Pick up a larger aftermarket exhaust at least a 3" with a full size magnaflow muffler or something similar.

Ok thanks I Have an SS so hopefully it would work!

Having an SS doesn't matter. An SS was I believe just some suspension and appearance mods. Motor/drivetrain/chassis is the same as a Z28.

Jam a ton a steel wool in there and try to figure out a way to keep it in there while its being inspected.

I had my Camaro over there for 5 years at Spangdahlem AB. Every year it was a nervous visit to the inspection shop. Luckily they have too many building arround so the couldn't perform the test. But I was thinking coarse steel wool if and when I didn't pass.
