Nothing has been resolved on my end. UPS has not contacted me and Paypal basically said screw you. I don't understand how "seller had sufficiently described the merchandise"???
Not directly blaming him on getting the life jackets but I recieved something that I did not pay for.



Idk what letters you are "EXPECTING" me to provide everybody with if I have not been contacted by UPS.

Also can you provide a copy of the letter with everyone's signatures and stating everything that you said above. That way we can have it sent to UPS?

Ajg87 read the rules and what the dr stated. This is between the buyer and myself. We don't need your comments. And pollo, he said he submitted that information but I'll get you a copy. I have it saved. But I would contact ups again.

Shipping company contacted me today and said that ups said the box was damaged and they had to repackage it at one of the stores. So now ups is trying to locate where the converter was sent. My guess would be who ever was supposed to get the life jackets got a converter. I would contact ups right away and see what they are saying. I personally haven't talked to ups. I'm just going through what the company said that shipped it for me.
