How much are used Casper O2 sims worth? Is it even legal to sell them?

They usually go for around $50-60 a pair used.

It is legal to sell them once they are already on the car, but I wouldn't go saying "DOOD I HAVE SIMS FOR SALE OMG!". Try going to the Florida section (or sections that have states with no emissions laws) and try selling them there.
