f.s. used granatelli Maf I have a granatelli mass air flow sensor that came off a freinds 03-04 silverado.
These are going for about $170 on ebay, I am asking $85+shipping o.b.o.
This is about 90mm and has a 5 prong plug in.
It worked fine when he took it off(wrecked truck). Only problem is one of the bolt holes are broken(see pic), but it doesn't affect anything.
