6.0 Built Motor with less than 20K
Motor ran 10.40 in 3,700Lb Camaro.
Has Manley H- Beam rods & weisco pistons
4.005 bore 4cc dish 10:5:1 ARP 2000 Bolts, Head Bolts & ARP Main Studs
Heads are 243's, done by M2 Race Heads in NJ, they are CnC'd 67 cc chambers 2.050 Int, 1.60 Exhaust, Ti retainers, Blower Cam 561/566 219/229 113 LSA & double roller chain Like New
$3,500 or $2,500 for SHORT BLOCK
Only needs Intake and Water Pump

Is it possible to run a bigger cc to lower compression? I'm also in ny and in the market for a built motor but I have to be able to go fi, as my current setup is a single turbo ls1

You can use thicker head gaskets to lower compression.

Could you drop a full point though ? I'd need heads and or gaskets to drop it that much and then doesn't that start messing with thermodynamics and quench etc?

Not sure on all that but it had a tvs and then a d1 procharger on it had no problems and had 11lb of boost.
