Seriously dont know if the pan ever had oil in it. I bought it from a Boat Manufacturer in MI that bought LS1 crate motors from GM for their boats. It is in awesome shape. Oil pan, pickup tube,and windage tray included. No bolts, sorry. Can text pics after 3:30 today.
