LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

PRICE DROP (1/10/16) $43,500

Selling my 2008 Z06, hopefully someone out there has more time for it than I do at the moment. I recently sold my racecar and bought this to avoid maintaining it and not being able to drive it often on the street, sadly I do not have much time to dive this either with my family and work.

Car has 34XXX miles on it.

The car is located west of Houston. You can contact me via PM or phone, 832-330-486seven.

This car is not just fast as hell, its super reliable and dives like stock if you keep your foot out of it. I was extremely pleased with the tune when I first drove it, the car does not buck, surge or perform in any manner that is unsatisfactory. The below shops perform all the work on the car.

• Professionally maintained by Terry Wallace at Vetttech in Katy, TX
• Professionally tuned by Lethal Racing in Lafayette, LA
• Engine professionally balanced and built by Joe at G&G Performance Engines in Tomball, TX (less than 5000 mile ago)

The car is mechanically sound and the exterior has a couple very hard to find rock chips that missed the clear film, one on the hood and one on the driver fender, both extremely small. There might be others that I have not noticed but you can be the judge in person. Interior is in great condition, it has the 2LT package with NAV, heated seats, etc…

Mods listed below:
• All forged LS7 built by G&G Performance Engines in Tomball, TX (engine is still original to the car)
• Lethal Racing “Phantom” camshaft
• Lethal Racing decked, ported and polished cylinder heads (shaved .030 for 11.8:1 compression)
• Bronze valve guides
• Diamond forged pistons 11586
• Forged H-beam connecting rods
• Stock forged crankshaft rebalanced
• Katech PSI Beehive valve springs with titanium retainers
• CHE LS7 rocker arms
• Stock titanium intake valves micro-polished
• Ferrea F2042P Competition Hollow Stem exhaust valves
• Morel 5206 LS Pro Series Hydraulic Roller Lifters
• Katech high-capacity oil pump
• Aviaid sump tank insert and windage tray
• ARP hardware throughout
• Fast LSX intake manifold (shaved and black for stock appearance)
• ATI Super Damper (stock diameter)
• Katech billet serpentine belt tensioner
• Lethal Racing ported & polished stock throttle body
• Lingenfelter Performance Engineering high-capacity dry sump tank (9 quarts)
• American Racing 1 7/8” ceramic coated headers
• American Racing X-pipe with high-flow catalytic converters
• Katech LS9X clutch with aluminum flywheel
• Calloway Honker cold air intake
• Elite Engineering tunnel plate and oil catch can
• MGW shifter with race ****
• Race Proven Motorsports Stage III differential with ZR1 spider gears
• RPM polyurethane driveshaft couplers
• Hinson Motorsports urethane engine and transmission mounts
• Tick clutch master cylinder (installed in June)
• New slave cylinder (installed August)
• MSD 82878 Ignition Coils (installed in June)
• Moroso 73536 Ultra 40 LS Sleeved Plug Wire Set
• RPI designs front and side splitters with fascia reinforcement (some scraping on the underside of the front splitter, not noticeable)
• APR spoiler
• DRM custom valved Bilstein shocks
• Stainless steel brake lines
• Katech remote clutch bleeder
• Phadt tow hooks (front and rear)
• Nano Fusion clear film (nose, mirrors, rocker panels, et. al.)
• Almost new (less than 5000 miles) Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires
o 345-30-19 rear, 285-35-18 front

Price is $48,500 (Price DROP $43,500 1/10/16). The car has over $20K into it to have the engine overhauled, forged, blueprinted and balanced along with several other drivetrain upgrades and aero additions to name a few.
I have all the documents for the car electronically along with the GM build sheet and a recent Carfax report that I can email to anyone interested, just PM me an email and I’ll get them over to you.

See photos below. The picture showing the rear fascia appears to have a scratch near the bottom right corvette imprint, it is only a smudge and cleaned right off after I saw it in the photo, it is not a scratch.
