I recently purchased my C6 and am pulling this motor to do a forged engine and blower. The dealership said the original engine was replaced and this engine had 60K on it. I bought the car last month and before I purchased it I had a compression test done and had it dyno'd.
The Dyno video is attached results 354 RWHP, car is stock other than headers
The compression test came back at 165-170 between all 8 cylinders, test was done on cold engine
I have also attached videos of a cold start, a cruise, and idle after the drive.
I will ship at buyer expense, I have a engine crate to ship it in that I will use so it will be secure in shipment.
If the buyer wants to see it in person I am located in Gallatin, TN which is 15 minutes outside of Nashville. I can load it with a cherry picker if local pickup is preferred.
I saw one sell on here recently for $2,800.00, so I will ask $2,800.00 since that is a fair price. It will include the longblock with valve covers, valley plate, front and rear covers.
This engine is in great condition, runs fantastic, I actually just passed emissions with it 15 minutes ago. The motor will be out of the car on Saturday Aug 8th.
