My 6.0L iron block is bored at .030, are those gaskets too large in bore or proper?

Negative, every single turbo build on here has ls9 gaskets on 4.8 and 5.3's which is a 4.125 Bore. I have a forged 5.3 and a 6.0 with 4.125" bore gaskets. If the gasket is smaller than the actual bore then you have a problem.
