Well.... im in alabama so it would probably be more economical for you to buy this car on Autotrader for $27k which is only 10 miles from your location and then you can spend $10k to make it equivalent to the car I'm selling for $32k.Except for the fact that it has 10k more miles and is a Northern car. Or you could always buy it and drop in a new LS7 for around $13k and a decent ATI powerglide for $4k. Either way you choose to go you will come out way cheaper than $32k. Just do the math.
