Bad:

- Has the low beam issue that is under recall. Haven’t taken it in yet, but new owner can take to dealer and get fixed for free under recall. At night I use the fogs, they work as well as the lows with the HID bulbs.
- Lost hard key for trunk, but does come with 3 sets of fobs.
- Carbotech pads are noisy, however the car stops better than a Z06, so….
- X-pipe hanger broke, so exhaust is suspended by steel wire for the short term. New hanger is cheap.
- Car has good street manners for a big cam, but its still a big cam, so it chugs in high gear below 1000 RPM.
- Must be careful if caught in the rain with the RE-11’s, they are very aggressive summer tires.
The car is very nice, all mods have less than 3k miles on them, including tires. Car hasn’t been tracked, nor dyno’d. Pulls like a train, very responsive. Raced a 550 rwhp ’04 Cobra and only lost by 1-2 car lengths, so obviously this car is very fast for a cam-only LS2. Would estimate 420-430 rwhp with this setup. With the suspension, brakes and tires, car can pull at least 1.1 g around an on-ramp and is prime for the autocross or road course. I built this car to be as good or better than a stock C6 Z06, but for half the price. Selling because I barely drive the car, and only in summer, also have another project. Would like to get out from under my note.
