I want to buy a 9" rear as ready to bolt into my 98 TA as possible. My stock 10 bolt needs a rebuild and I'd rather invest the money into an upgrade instead. Needs to be a 3 channel and 3.50 gears or close, and preferably close enough to pick up myself.

Is this a direct bolt in to replace the 10 bolt? Are there any parts missing or would need to be replaced?
