Car isn't perfect, but for a 240 that's built, it's about as close as it gets these days. I'll list all of the details below. I'm sure I'll miss a few things so I may update this over time. Keep in mind this is a full option car - so no gutting has been done. AC/PS/Heat are all operational save for the AC needing to be charged.
:: Engine ::
It's a built KA. Eagle rods. 8.1:1 Super tech forged pistons. Bored .020 over. Dual valve springs. 1mm over valves. Godspeed intake manifold. Tubular manifold, 264 intake cam, 650CC injectors, Internally gated T28 Turbo. Tial bov. XSPower FMIC with full piping. Electric fans. Aluminum radiator. Ported and Polished Head. Z32 Throttle Body. EGR Delete. Full 3inch exhaust that's not loud and annoying. 165 compression across all cylinders. Idles at 25psi oil pressure. No smoke.
:: Drivetrain ::
Brand New 5 Speed Transmission. Brand New LSD Rear End. Rebuilt Driveshaft. XTD 6 puck clutch assembly. Lightened flywheel. New Slave and Master Cylinders.
:: Suspension ::
D2 coilovers in the rear with KYB adjustables in the front.
:: Tuning ::
Lc1 wideband. Boost and Oil Pressure Gauges. Super AFC Controller. Daughterboarded (Chipable) ECU.
:: Misc ::
Brand New Tires on Torgue wheels - Dished in the rear undished in the front. Have two matching dished wheels for the front if wanted. ABS Deleted. Straight Body. Near perfect interior. Tuned at 16psi after 10 mile break in and turned down to 10 for it's 3000 mile break in Currently at 3900 miles on the build. Brand new trans and LSD rear end. Idles at 24inhg vacuum. Boost has not been raised due to daily driving and the need to keep speeds below the speed limit.
Overall it's a great car. It's not perfect as it has it's defects, however.
:: Defects ::
Front and Rear bumpers need painted. Sideskirts need painted. AC needs to be vacuumed down and charged. (Car was finished during cooler weather. Summer didn't bother me and time wasn't taken to do this.) And it needs a headliner due to the installation of the sunroof and the old headliner being trash.
I have a clean title in hand and am willing to drive a reasonable distance to meet for trades. I'm interested in Chevy/GMC 4x4's with the 5.3 as well as anything LS powered. I'd love to have another TA in my garage, and I don't care if it's auto or 6 speed. Just not looking for a project.
This 240 would make a great toy, daily driver, or whatever. Turn the boost up, adjust the tune, and go. Install a larger turbo if you'd like. Engine was built to handle something as large as an HX35 at 18-20psi which is more than enough HP capability. This car would also be an amazing candidate for an LS swap.

What about selling your KA setup and dropping in an LSX in this bad boy...just sayin 
? I have a soft spot for S14's and as you are aware, finding one in good condition for a reasonable price is getting harder to come by.

I'd actually like to but the fact that I'm dailying it kind of pushes that off the radar. Haha. It'd be a fun project though. I'm being offered a lot of non-dtreet friendly vehicles. Really just wanting something more stockish or mildly modded.
And I am very negotiable on the price.
But I appreciate it! Most S14's are very abused and I have done my best to baby this one without hacking it up. Hopefully someone will see this gem and help me get back in an F-Body.
