That is why you do not send payment as a gift. If they are so worried about loosing 3% then pay a little extra then you have no problem filing a dispute. No effort was made to package the heads how lazy can you be

the numbers on the head in his ad are different then the number you posted.
one is 519 and the other is 517
Look closely at the casting number too. They are clearly different heads he sent you.

if you paid with a credit card, file a chargeback. Either that or you file it as a fraudlent charge. Paypal can do whatever they want about it but your credit card company will get your money back, trust me.

Somewhere in Louisiana or whatever his profile says.
I filed a dispute and told them what happened, they said they'd be able to help out and the charge has been removed for now. I'm still waiting on official word that the charge has be removed permanently.

So I ended up getting Phil @ AI to fix these heads. I am leaving for OTS soon and would not be able to drag this out any further.
I also talked to Citi, and while they denied my charge back, the Investigator I was talking to sided with me on it and was able to credit me some of my money back to cover the repairs.
So in the end Hotsauce is still a coward who has since disappeared, and other people had to fix his screw ups.
