All the parts are brand new never used. I never installed these on my car. This is Tyconways personal turbo setup from his turbo LSx swap build thread on the nasioc.com forums. This is the ultimate turbo LS swap kit for 2002-2007 wrx or sti's.
It comes with:
* Front LS Subframe
* Control Arms
* Hd Bump Steer / Tie Rod adapter kit
* Motor Mount Plates & Energy Suspenion Poly Motor mounts
* Transmission Mount & Energy Suspension Poly Transmission mount
* Bolt & Hardware kit
* Complete Poly Bushing Upgrade: WhiteLine steering rack bushings, Energy Suspension Gm trans mount, Energy Suspension Sway bar mounts & bushings (standard size for stock S14 sway bar 1 1/16")
* Lengthened steering linkage
* New modified GM oil pan kit
* Turbo headers and crossover pipe
* 4" Downpipe
* Black AN Turbo oil feed line
* Black AN Turbo oil drain line
* Precision Turbo wastegate
* Treadstone FMIC
* Stainless FMIC piping
* Intercooler couplers
* Intercooler mounting brackets
****Installation of LS subframe does require a NISSAN S14 sway bar and some chassis modification is required ( Such as rear trans brace must be removed from firewall and new compact clutch master cylinder.)
Tie Rod hole on the spindle enlarged to 5/8" ID.****
****For the turbo kit use of the 4" down pipe that comes with the kit requires the frame to be notched in a small area. I was going to fab up a 3" downpipe or fab dual 2.5" pipes down thru that area to make it work with out having to notch the frame.****
$4500 takes the whole cradle and turbo setup.
$7150 takes the whole setup including the full rear end setup.
I have for sale a RWD rear cradle setup made to convert 2002-2007 wrx or STI to RWD. It is brand new never used, its made by Tyconway the LS v8 cradle swap kit fabricator. This was his stuff for his turbo LS v8 setup off of his personal car.
This setup is made to covert the car to RWD using 350z rear diff and axles. The awesome part about this setup is the 350z rear diffs are HUGE and can really take a beating and the axles are really beefy too. Plus the axles are only 100 or so, so if you did happen to break an axle, it wont be a fortune to repair or replace like the $2000 custom DSS axles made for rwd swaps.
The kit has custom knuckles made to make the 350z hubs axles match up with the subaru platform. It comes with a s14 rear brake setup to keep the subaru e-brake functioning normally. The setup also comes with whiteline adjustable lateral link bars. This can be run using 5x100 or 5x114 bolt pattern. Since the stock 350z uses 5x114 it would be super easy to change the hubs over to 5x114. It comes set up for 5x100.
The one thing about this rear end setup that must be taken into consideration is that the gas tank will need to be dropped and you will need to run a fuel cell. In reality this is a really good idea anyway because with a fuel cell in the trunk you have some added weight in the rear end for added traction. I was planning to do a 15g fuel cell just for that reason.
$2650 for the rear end setup. PM with with any questions for fastest response.
Onto the photos! The first few arent my photos these are Ty's photos of this kit on his car as he was building it. I never installed anything on my car.
Rear end photos
The rotors are not included but here is a good photo of the full setup
Here is basically what I was planning to do fuel cell wise. This is Tyconways car/photo, he is the one who fabricated all this stuff. You could always do a smaller one for weight savings or whatever but I figured a 15g would be great for traction.
And here is a photo of Ty's car with the rear end stuff installed
