Engine has 168k miles and ran very well when pulled.
Last owner took care of it as engine was exceptionally clean and had replacement exhaust manifold bolts on passenger side, K&N oil filter, very clean oil. Two exhaust manifold bolts are broken off of the drivers side.
Engine spins over very nicely -you can feel compression as valves open.
Water pump appears to be fairly new.
Alternator is a fairly recent reman as well.
New valve cover gaskets & valve cover bolt grommets.
Cable Throttle body.
Coils are the popular D585 coils -one bank of coils has a some surface rust on the coil buckets which could easily be sanded down and repainted.
I'm also including a 0411 ecm with wiring pigtails for anyone wanting to do a 5.3 LSX swap as this is the Gen III ecm everyone wants for custom (and factory) installs.
This engine does not have an egr valve.
**** I have a Corvette LS1 car intake manifold (no egr hole) complete with fuel rails and injectors for an extra $275 (with engine purchase).
****I also have a LS3 crank pulley & water pump (with bolts and gaskets) off a new crate engine for $150 extra (with engine purchase).
