I have since ordered a different option, take customer service into consideration because it applies to all aspects of the ordering process.

It is an issue with LS1tech and I have taken the proactive approach and addressed this with the admin a couple times. I do not know if your email not received unless the sender addresses it and most of the time, people will just go to our website and contact us there or call us. Just about everyone has been taken care of except the 1 or 2. It certainly takes 2 to tango.
