1. Paypal gave me 3 days to provide documents for cost of repair. Forced inductions is not open on the weekends, so the case was closed.
2. My bank gives me up to 30 days to dispute the charge. My bank advised me to do so while the claim is in process.
3. Check your Paypal account bro . They just reopened the case. I have provided documents from Forced Inductions.

You violated the PayPal terms of service by doing a bank reversal, so good job there. It's truly a shame that people like you exist in this world. You personally attack me, you lie to PayPal and the members of this forum.
PayPal also spoke with my friend, who just so happens to be an officer of the court, and they seemed to like what he had to say as well.

Care to guess why PayPal only gave him three days to provide information instead of the normal 30 days? The day he filed a claim he posted a screenshot of an email supposedly from JZ at forced inductions. Why didn't he send that to PayPal?
The PayPal rep I spoke with told me that this is not the first time he has done something like this, and that his account is flagged. PayPal refers to this as a reverse scam, and thats why they only gave him three days. PayPal called him multiple times and were never able to get a hold of him. Why hide?
I appreciate your feedback on the matter, but I dont need to back myself up... The buyer has no 'proof' because there is no 'proof' to be had.
I should also mention, the rest of the kit is sold. The buyer isnt even a member of LS1Tech and after reading this thread, he said he actually felt more secure buying from me knowing that I dont just crawl under a rock and hide when met with confrontation.

You said early on this thread you were going to provide your proof and evidence to my "lies" here on LS1tech. So where are they? Once they make these decision from the documents I provided today I will gladly post Jose invoice stating what needs replaced and why.

They gave this person 3 days as well to respond with documents. Hmmm sounds pretty standard.

Paypal sucks! I got burned buying a rollcage from a member on here, when i was told it was moly and it ended up being mild steel. I even took a screen shot of the original listing before he went in and editted it to add mild steel. Even showed date and time the listing was edited. Submitted everything to paypal, and even text messages between myself and the seller. Paypal still rulled in the sellers favor...go figure.

Everyone here should be well aware - This guy is a scammer. My PayPal account balance has not been affected because I was covered under seller protection.
I have to be careful with what I post regarding his claim that I have not provided proof of his lies. What he has done is considered fraud, and I am working with PayPal to provide additional proof of what he is doing/has done. He thinks this is some internet game. As he hides behind his keyboard and phone, slandering me and distributing my personal information, things are in the works.
I cannot wait until the dust settles with PayPal and I can reveal the information they have asked me to compile.

Here is the tracking showed delivered to Forced Inductions
Here is the estimate from Forced Inductions
So again please clarify my lie? You obviously sold me a junk turbo and you knew it. Explains why you did not want to refund my money in the beginning. You are just a bad seller and have horrible morale values.

I told you why I didn't want to refund your money; When you pay for something, you are committing to buying it. I already sold other parts of the kit after you bought the turbo. Kind of makes it hard to sell a turbo kit when you've already decided to part it out.
The turbo I sent you was in excellent working condition. You've been running a scam since day one. I should have known better. You claim that you sent in my turbo to JZ, but he said in the email that it's been rebuilt before.
The turbo I bought from him was brand new, and I now have the receipts to prove it. Unless JZ sent me a bad turbo, which I HIGHLY doubt, you must have sent him your turbo in an attempt to screw me over and get free parts.
You have managed to swindle PayPal out of some money and get your free parts, but you are still attacking me on these forums. Ya see, it's quite interesting.... It's textbook really.
