i would at least send it out to be inspected.doesnt appear to have any leaks and doesn't have excessive play in the shaft.
it came with the turbo kit I bought a couple of months ago,so I really don't know a lot about.
the seller said it was in excellent shape.the turbine and compressor wheels are in great shape.
