1997 firebird- ls1/t56 swap project

Details:
Engine- 0 miles- 0 because the car was never finished
I had the 98 ls1 motor rebuilt and installed the Magic Stick III cam-112 with double titanium spring kit.
Exhaust- Long tube pace setter headers, 3" y pipe/collector, 3" slp loud mouth to chrome tips
Transmission- 80K- New stage three clutch kit installed
Fuel system- 255 fuel pump, 99 corvette fuel regulator/filter,
Bought/installed my friends t56 out of a 02 ss. While swapping, installed stage three clutch kit
Suspension- v6 suspension (Possibly factory performance?)
Factory suspension - 114k (Needs v8 sway bar)
Pcm has vats settings modified so no issue with cranking the vehicle.
Needs attention-
Brake system- needs V8 abs control module, run new lines as the v6 lines might have debris/rust
(Currently I have the old brake lines "attached" but as you can see in the video they need to be redone- they're bent up
Rotors and pads- Rear pads new-
(Moved locations so I had to reassemble- bought new rear pads used old worn rusty rotors)
Electrical- There are some electrical issues-
Bright Head lights work fine, Low beam head lights work fine, blinkers work fine, rear brake lights work fine, reverse lights are fine
Rear view mirror lights are fine, Rear compartment light is fine, glove box lights are fine
Radio works with signal (when connected), speakers work fine (when connected)
HVAC controls work fine (when connected)
Gauges- Need to troubleshoot
Gauges won't light up with instrument function- on
Speed- IDK- Never drop the car after the swap
Tach- bounces erratically around 500-1000 RPM (idle is smooth as it can be with a cam)
Fuel- Doesn't work- I have a racetronix fuel harness I wanted to install in an attempt to correct the fuel gauge
Temp- doesn't function- Never troubleshot??
Seat belt light- on constantly
airbag light - on constantly (needs v8 airbag module)
Check engine/Service engine soon light- OFF
Bright light indicator works fine
Oil pressure gauge- doesn't work- (brand new oil pressure sensor- oil pump- filter-oil)
Mobility
I was able to "move" or "drive" the car about 100 feet with no issues
After my move, I had to put the car in the garage so I "moved" or "drove" the car from a parking spot to the garage
Thats a little info about my project car. Almost there but better ideas in the works. I'm asking 3500 obo. Buyer will be responsible for pick up. Any questions I'm more then happy to answer.
