have up for sale or trade is a back halved Prostreet trans am. The car is tubbed out, caged and gutted. The rear street tires are 18" ss515 on centerline wheels. Also comes with a set of black steel wheel with 14" wide slicks and slicks are brand new. The motor start life out as a 400 sbc and was bored and stroked into a 421. To make it a 421 it was bored out 030 over and stroke was raised to 4.875. 6" H beam rod, SRS probed pistons, crower roller lifter, doug Herbert cam, 1.6 roller rocker, Pro comp heads with huge 230cc runners and 2.05 and 1.6 valves, 850cfm preform billet center body/metering block and billet alum base plate, Edelbrock super victor intake that was ported to match the heads, electric water pump, electric fan. Has a fuel cell in the trunk with an electric fuel pump. Has 6al box with a 7000rpm chip and a edelbrock high voltage coil. The interior has new carpet in it and it cover the tubs making it look very clean. The only gauges in the custom dash are a Tach, Wideband A/F, Oil pressure and engine temp. The transmission is a fully built TH400 with a 5k stall converter. Trans in a Competition built and the stall is by BTE. The rear end is a ford 9" that has been shortened and has 4.86 gears. 4 link rear suspension with coil overs and the front has stock lover arm but tubular uppers. The car has no rust or rot but the paint is not perfect and the fiber glass hood has seen better days. All the hard work is done and done right just needs a little love here and there. Car sound awesome and runs amazing. The engine builder claims the engine should be north of 650HP but has never been dyno'd but can tell ya it pulls hard. The shifter is a manual forward pattern with integrated line lock button which is hooked up and working. I would be interest in a WS6 trans am, True ss Camaro, Trailbalzer ss, turbo Silverado, gto or LS mustang as trades or let me know what ya have, never know what might catch my attention.
