Default Brand new delco 5.3 starter

Category: Engine - Electrical
Price: $50
Location (State): MI
Item Condition: Brand New
Shipping Information: Item Can be Shipped
LS Engine?: Fits LS Engine

I ordered the wrong starter. It's a brand new delco 5.3 starter. Part number pp6489n. Willing to trade for a 5.7 or 6.0 starter. If not, it's $50 plus shipping.

They are all the same other that some early ones use a long and short bolt the later ones use two long. The two long is the best.

Sorry, from what I am being told they are different. One is a 9 tooth and one is a 11 tooth. Also the part numbers do not cross reference. I tried starting my engine with this start and it wouldn't engage. I swapped over to a fbody starter and it fired right up.

Must be different tooth flywheel. Never heard of that before. I have used the truck starters on both auto and man deals all the same tooth
