One of the heads came off a 2003 Express Van and was milled .024" for a 66cc chamber to bring compression back up. Mileage approximately 150K.
I bought a spare motor and had one of those heads cleaned up and checked too - they CC'd that head and milled it .035" for a 66cc chamber. Removed from a 2002ish 3500HD, mileage unknown.
The heads come with their respective valves and valve guides, but do not include valve seals, springs, locks, or retainers. (I'd recommend you use a set of performance springs anyways). The valves in one head are not pictured below, but they ARE included.

I can also include a pair of brand new, never opened OEM GM MLS headgaskets for a 6.0 (PN 12589227). I bought these new but decided to go with an overbore, so they're still in the plastic! If you buy the heads I can throw them in the same box to save on shipping. These go for $39.45 each on GMPartsDirect
