I bought a 1999 TA online, had it shipped to PA from Texas.
Never asked if it had a plated cover, there was not one pictured in any of the photos. So I bought this off of ebay, and when the car arrived, the original plate cover was in the cargo/t-top storage area. $50 shipped, obo.
