No mechanical issues.

Includes front, rear, and valley covers and truck oil pan.
Includes stock cam, lifters, and trays.

Just had an engine shipped from Texas to Michigan through Saia freight and it was only $135.

It's not terrible when you ship it from terminal to terminal. But it gets bad fast when you ship residential and require a lift gate.
