I have the original shortblock out of my 2002 SS Limited edition. It has exactly 51,240 miles on it. It will require a freshen up w/ bearings to be in running condition. The cam flatspotted on cylinder 1 lobe and the shavings from the lifter/cam took out the rest of the bearings. I have removed all caps to look at them.
