It has the rear defroster wiring harness ready to go that works. I had this on my car at one point and never had any problems with the defroster or anything else not working. I believe it will need a new seal to go around the edge of the glass, but that's all. There is some damage as seen in the picture on the back part of the fin near the rear 3rd brake light.
I'm willing to deliver within a reasonable distance.
