Who built it? What compression ratio were you running (what cc heads and gasket thickness)?

It was built by. an engine builder in houston , tx who does engines for HKE. It was setup for 11.2 to 1 on 70cc heads and stock gaskets. I run cometic.40s. Around 11.5:1

What all comes with it block crank rods pistons? No oil pump or any thing correct? Is price firm or no? Let me know I'm interested

just the shortblock. no covers. I may have an Melling oil pump i can throw in. I have alot in this motor but i think i can wiggle a couple hundred dollars
