I just got an email from the op. He says he can still make them but the demand for these wasn't as strong as he had anticipated and is forced to raise the price to $140 shipped. Considering a good condition factory piece is almost that, I still consider that a good price.

I got email from Levin today as well. He is asking everyone who wants the lid to email him directly. With enough demand he will make lids again. He told me new price is $130 shipped to lower 48 States. Email Levin Horton floridaaire@gmail.com
