Default 2004 z06 with 27k original miles (~470 hp/ cammed, headers, tune, vararam) - $13k

Year: 2004
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Corvette
Price: $13000
Mileage: 27600
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): CA
Color: Black
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

2004 z06 with only 27k miles (cammed, tuned, eats tires)
  • Tuned by American Heritage Performance here in LA
  • SLP headers
  • Borla Stinger exhaust
  • Cam from previous owner but we don’t know the specs
  • Performance clutch pack
  • Vararam intake
  • Current tags

A little info for anyone not as familiar with the 04 z06... Has 405 hp and capable of high 11s stock and 0-60 in 3.9 seconds stock with a good driver and rubber. Modified it's a bit faster of course. (http://www.superchevy.com/…/0410htp-...orvette-feat…/)

Compression check - good √ (can provide #s)
Interior 7/10
Drivetrain 9/10
Paint 5/10 (good for driver but needs a refresh for a perfectionist for sure)
AC cold
Heat hot
Heads up display works

Cons:
1. No headliner (I’m 6’4” so replacing it wasn’t top of the list for my own comfort).
2. A few inside panels are dinged up + driverside armrest. I was planning to replace and redo the interior.
3. When rocker panels were replaced they used stock C5 ones so there are no brake ducts. The brake ducts can be put in pretty easy and not too pricey or new buyer can keep as-is to save money
4. Throwout bearing starting to get noisy but still 100% drivable. To replace the $50 throwout bearing, you'll need to drop the tranny to replace ($850 labor at my vette shop). Anyone sane will replace the clutch while in there because the labor is already paid for - I recommend a stock ls7 clutch which would add $550 (total cost $1450 for labor/throwout bearing/clutch)

27,600 miles
Salvage title from a minor accident (no frame damage, repairs of rockers and rear bumper)

I love this car but have to get rid of all the toys for some family stuff.
