LS Engine?: Fits LS Engine

LS7 Heads ported by Frankenstein Racing Heads.
Stock Ti intake valves have been polished
Solid SS exh valves
CHE bronze guides
New seals and spring seats
No springs
Lash caps included
70cc chambers
Pushrod holes have been enlarged to accommodate 1/2" pushrods
Rear steam ports have been opened up, drilled and tapped to accept -4 AN fittings to allow water flow through back of the heads keeping #7 and #8 cooler

No they're not over ported. Yes they're holes. All you have to do is run a thread sealant on the rocker bolts. A lot of different head porting companies have programs that breach a bolt hole.
