im not really posting this to make you feel bad. It just surprises me sometimes at what passes for salesmanship and customer service. if this is the way things go before you have my money I'm probably better off going elsewhere. like I said, not posting this to make anyone feel bad...more for others to observe and make their own judgement where to spend their money...that's all no hard feelings

Same problem, E-mail twice and no response. Ended up buying the springs elsewhere. Also E-mailed about Balancer install tool and no response. Checked my settings and I am able to receive E-mails from anyone.
