I recently dealt with a memeber about a wiring harness, guy said he was gonna mail my package, no reply in 7 days but can se to log on continuously and post in for sale section.... I think it's time to file a claim... You guys think that's fair?

Thats absolutely fair. Seven days and no response or product, that's not cool especially if he's logging in. Good luck with the situation. Hopefully it gets resolved.
