ended up trading the MWC 9 for a 12 bolt that's brand new and cash. It comes with 4.10s cryo treated and all the suspension (bmr long torque arm,qa1s front (single adj), drag bar, upgraded differential cover) including welded in drag bar ($600 option). It is posi with 33 spline axles. I still have the drive shaft. I am awaiting the paperwork with essentially all the details. But i'll put this for now.
I'd be willing to sell it and the drive shaft for $2800 (not shipped obviously) (the drive shaft is practically brand new and is priced $500). I more than likely will be keeping it if it doesn't sell during the next couple months. If the procharger sells I will keep it as I am regressing to a more mild fun street build for the time being.
I would entertain and after market k-member and front LCAs or a torquey cam preferably the street sweeper HT on a 111lsa. This plus cash on your end.

bump! Everything is in premooo shape! come get it fellas. Helluva deal considering a practically brand new d1sc kit with all the upgrades for $4k with a 8 rib j bracket or low $4k range for a upgraded tensioner setup if you opt for that.
I kind'a would have rather have that one.
