570rwhp/677rwtq....Completely Stock Engine...QMP Turbo
A/F at full boost is between 11.8 and 11.5:1 straight through to 6000 rpm's.
This was done at 11lbs of boost, through straight 3" pipe exiting at the axle, on a 50/50 mix of 93octane and Turbo Blue 109. I would have turned the boost up more, but this was all we could get with the standard 5lb wastegate spring.
We also did a little more tuning at 9lbs of boost, and made 520rwhp/651rwtq at the same A/F ratio.
One other point of interest...this was also done on ET Streets, which typically rob us of 10-15rwhp.
I will post the dyno sheets to the website within 1 hour.
So what's the record for highest HP with a completely stock LS1 engine? ( I mean stock down to the valve springs)
Amazing what boost and a little good tuning will do...
I believe we have one kit left in stock (minus a turbo right right now).
We haven't finalized pricing yet on the engine packages, but should within a week or so.

A local guy here in Detroit made around 600rwhp with a stock motor and an incon kit. I think he posts as BlackSS or something similiar.

We are only running 16 degrees of timing and I've tuned it to a very safe 11.8:1 A/F. By testing the engine like this, rather than simply leaning it out to make more power, I think we may all get a better understanding of the ls1's limits.
I personally don't know of anyone else who has taken this approach. Though Mike Brown's TT car is an amazing testament to the stock bottom end at over 600rwhp.
After we get some time at the track (hopefully next weekend) with its' current HP, I will change the wastegate spring and up the boost a little more. I'd really like to see a safe 600+rwhp, on a completely stock engine. To me, that would be impressive.
My stock motor and incon kit was just a hair under that.

I'm watching this one to see how much she'll take.. I love it !!
that isnt quite a record yet but pushin close...very close
