EFI Live is already fully licensed for this PCM so they're better off as a pair. The PCM is a 1999 computer with the updated 01-02 OS and great for the 1998 cars looking to convert to the newer 99-02 standard (see service number in picture). Comes with another VIN slot (credit) if you prefer to use your own PCM of if you want to tune other cars as well. After that, additional credits can be bought from EFILive.

You can tune all 97-98 LS1's without a license (free). I used this to tune out codes, features, and to stabilize the idle/missfire count on my cammed LS1 and a few friends'. Otherwise, you can tune 97-98 LS1's and 2 other cars with this package.
