I have an ORIGINAL (NOT a copy) navigation disc, GM #09320NA which is the 2009 udate for the 2004-2007 CTS'...It worked fine in my 2007 (I was missing my original) and imagine it should work in any 2004 to 2007 CTS oem navigation system...
It is in great shape (looks basically like new) and works perfect and comes with the case, as well...Personally, I would make yourself a copy (DVD dual layer, ~$1) and keep this one preserved.
Took a few pictures and it was hard to capture the backside, but like I said looks practically new.
Anyway, these are ~200 new but out of stock right now (gmnavdisc.com) and so I was thinking $120 shipped (lower 48)...Please let me know if you're interested...
