The BEST way to build a 'long lasting, enjoyable' boosted powerplant is to start with a solid foundation. This package of parts will take anything from a D1SC to a 106MM turbo and provide trouble free horsepower for many, many passes at the track or for lots of hard street miles.
Why wait months for custom parts and risk damage shipping them all over.
CYLINDER BLOCK:
- FRESH RHS std. deck block with alot of NEW custom machine work done by Kurt Urban Performance.
-4.135" bore (6 bolt plate honed)
-9.230" deck (square decked before O-ring)
-.903" bronze lifter bushings sized to Morel lifter
-billet steel main caps
-ARP 7/16" main studs
-machined, drilled, tapped for 1/2" (center), 7/16" (outside), 3/8" studs (inside)
-O-ringed (block and heads (double set up) - one O-ring is inside the other),
set up for copper gaskets, block could also be ran with std. MLS head gaskets, the O-ring would just support the head gasket's fire ring (combustion seal)
-steel nut serts installed on valley side head bolt holes to protect aluminum
-NEW ARP custom 1/2", 7/16", 3/8" head stud kit
-Ready for assembly
***block was ran normally aspirated before in stock form (out of crate) for short period of time. No problems, it was taken out to be built to this configuration (very low time, seasoned block), like NEW Block has not been run since all the machine work from KUP

-Fresh from Richard at WCCH, 0 run time, All Pro LSW-1 12* LS7 cylinder heads. Complete. Same story on the heads, customer road raced a Vette for one summer (6 events/no street miles) and then decided to go drag racing.
-Titanium intake valves, Manley Inconel exhausts, ti retainers, NEW hydraulic roller Manley valve springs (1.550"), 180# seat pressure, 450# at .600", 520# at .750"
-O ringed to match RHS block
-61cc chambers
-steel nut serts installed in head bolt holes to protect head aluminum from gauling
-Jesel Pro Series Mohawk shaft rocker set up (complete)
-Ready to Run, like NEW set of heads

CRANKSHAFT:
-Callies Magnum custom 4340 3.750" stroke LS mains, 2.100" rod pin, double keyed snout (for supercharger drive). Shorter than common 4" stroke leaves for a meaty piston to support BIG boost and still makes over 400inches

PISTONS:
Diamond custom boost pistons for 2000HP, coated sides, anodized tops, gas ported top ring land, very THICK crown - .300" top land, .255" second land, .118" third land thickness, .043", .043", 3.0mm, -16.7cc dome volume conical shape head, built for All Pro LSW-1 LS7 heads, 1.220" CD, .225" wall H-13 pins, not a shelf item. 1600.00+ dollar set of pistons for big boost. Set up for 10:1 comp ratio with these parts

**All that is needed for this 403" rotating assembly is a set of Howards Billet 4340 6.125" std. length LS rods. Crankshaft was rough balanced to the weight of that rod and these pistons.
CAMSHAFT:
Bullet/Steve Morris custom grind solid roller supercharger cam for F1R Prochager set up to run at MAX impeller speed. Specs to buyer of engine.

Morel .903" solid rollers with offset (pushrod clearance) for LSW-1 LS7 intake port.

New in Box F1C reverse drive Procharger with drive hub for cog pulley.

SUPERCHARGER COG DRIVE FOR F-Body:
Custom made by Schoneck Enterprises, locates head unit in std. F-Body locations, bullet proof proven performance for cog driving F-series Prochargers allthe way up to the F-2 model. Allows stock accesories to be ran (ie P.S., alternator, W.P. AC) Includes all belts, idlers, brackets, hardware, alt relocation, etc for installation. One extra belt and extra s/c pulley included. All NEW never ran, only mocked up on car. Set up to drive the F1C at MAX impeller speed.
