I hope to get a photo up soon. I just thought I'd go ahead and start the post.
These came off of an engine that I picked up. The engine was tagged 2002 Tahoe 5.3 from a salvage yard, but turned out to be a 4.8. Thats about all I know. I have the engine disassembled right now.
