This is the old style LS6 Valley cover (part number: 12568002) in good condition that requires use of an external PCV valve. It was brand new and installed back in 2009 and has about 3,000 miles on it. I replaced it in favor the newer LS6 Valley cover. It comes with the used gasket and new bolts.
