Oil pressure plug
I think I forgot to install the internal front oil press in plug on my ls1 . If I remove the external threaded plug on the side of the block could I maybe see if the internal plug is installed ? I have already installed the engine and I have no oil psi .

The front cover plug was installed. It was the barbell I left out engine is back in and with 60 psi at idle. Thank you all for the help. . And yes this will never happen to me again. Lol

Good to hear mate, when I rebuilt my LS the very first thing I did when I got my block back from the machinist and bolted to the engine stand was install the barbell, I'd read too many horror stories and wasn't taking any chances on remembering to do it later on.
