Default GT350 vs 6th Gen

Got locked out of my account last night on my home computer so I couldn't post it here...but if you subscribe to the channel, you've already seen this.

Both 100% stock.

Wow, GT350 really puts on the sauce once it gets into the powerband.

Good races!

GT350, from everything I've heard, is difficult to launch so I wont say the driver sucked lol. But It is obviously the faster car, and with a decent launch (similar to what the camaro was able to achieve) it'd take the win from a dig too.

A M6 6th gen may have had a harder time.

6th gen was the underdog so I want to say that the 6th gen really ran great and definitely held its own, but we all knew that with a 61 hp deficit what was going to happen.

And people say that the passenger makes no difference...

Great runs OP. I was hoping you'd take both but through the 1/4, that GT350 wasn't coming back

When I test drove the tree-fiddy i was looking at, the car was better than expected. I mean, I already really liked the car and had great expectations of it. But it easily surpased my highest expectations.

Car felt so SOLID. Like a virgin *****, saved just for you. It had a really strong pull throughout the power band. Seemed to me, every bit of a 118-119 car.

It really was a COMPLETE package. Felt like a kid in a go-kart track. Only complaint was the recaros, felt like they were made to hold 18 year old boys.... But I can eaily, get past that....

Pretty much in line with expectations - heads up roll race goes to GT350 w/ 3 car lead. a8 ss huge advantage in digs.

Agreed, though I did like the Recaros.

Another good vid and close runs. Looks like the GT350 left early on the first roll. Car is made to go around corners but that low end power is pretty lack luster. Last car I would want to drive on the street is something soft down low that needs to be revved out way high to make power. Stop light to stop light all kinds of things are going to hang or beat you. I am sure it is a nice track car though and a good collector. I like how the 350 sounds too.

I can guarantee you that the "low end power" is most definitely not lackluster. The whole power band (including the low rpms) are very much usable. The new ss with the auto is just a beast from a dig, that does not take away, of how strong of a car, the 350 is.

Only way I can see someone complain about power down low, would be someone that is used to a 600rwhp monster (13/14 gt500, HELLCAT, etc).

Wow...Good runs! That 6G is impressive as hell. Really great job by GM.

I never went to look up the prices of these two cars but is the GT350 way more expensive that the 6G? Just looking at the bang for the buck.

Damn, both cars are sooooooooo nice. 350 did good on the roll, but it just didn't have quite enough from the dig as expected

Pretty much as expected. There is another vid of a gt350 and 6gen from a roll on youtube. Pretty much a dead heat in that on.

Overall I'm not very impressed with the gt350 performance wise. It's cool...great looking....makes all the right noises. But it's gonna get it's *** handed to it by 6gen 1le. Actual performance of the car is a bit of a let down after all the hype.

From what I read, the new MACH 1 (if Ford ever comes out with it) will be more track oriented and about straight line performance. Time will tell...

I don't see the mach 1 being faster than the gt350......so you can already assume that result.

On a roll in the straights I don't know about that. GT350 might pull it.
